1. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer two tiers of shipping at checkout to accommodate your needs:

• Standard Tracked Shipping (Economic Route):
  - FREE for all orders of $50.00 USD and over.
  - A flat rate of $4.99 USD will be applied to orders under $50.00 USD.
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 10 - 15 business days.

• Express Priority Shipping (Premium Fast Line):
  - Available for all orders at a flat rate of $24.99 USD.
  - Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 9 business days (Highly recommended if you need your items urgently or for time-sensitive holiday gifts).

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and major national holidays). Once your package is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your real-time tracking number and active courier tracking link will be sent to you immediately.

3. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
Velnox is not responsible for any international customs delays, import duties, or taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
