Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
• Silk eye masks that have been washed are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@velnoxco.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
